Tips to making scheduling your appointment quick and easy:

• Have your dental insurance information available. We want to make sure you get the most out of your dental benefits.
• Fill out your patient forms online. This will save you time at our office.
• Arrive a few minutes early in case we have any follow-up questions for you. You can also complete your paperwork in person if you weren’t able to do it online.
